To ensure our technicians and office staff are healthy to provide you with the best care during these trying times we have implemented a number of regulations.
• All work equipment will be completely sanitized throughout the day. For our field employees, this also means cleaning of all tools and surface areas between EACH AND EVERY JOB!
• Field employees will wear gloves and shoe coverings (when requested) that will then be disposed off and new ones used for every job.
• We are screening multiple times throughout the appointment set up process to ensure our employees are NEVER entering the homes of someone currently quarantined or homes that have confirmed Cases of Coronavirus COVID-19.

On Monday March 16, we had a neighbor come by our business. She needed help as her mother’s refrigerator was no longer working. It wasn’t the food she was worried about, It was the fact her mother has medication which has to be refrigerated.
We were able to quickly send a technician for her mother’s refrigerator. Of course, she was concerned about our technicians visiting her mother’s home with COVID-19 concerns.
We at All Major are concerned about the welfare of our customers and community alike.
We are implementing the following procedures for in home repairs, our technicians will put on shoe covers, sanitize their hands and wear gloves before entering your home.
In the weeks to come, the weather will change and air conditioning units will be used after long months of inactivity.
